- 123Vita, LLC provides a 6 months limited Warranty on the welds / bonds and workmanship of the assembled-purchased sound enclosure, if assembled by 123Vita, LLC. This means, if a weld or bond or seem breaks and the components come apart, the buyer may send the box back to 123Vita, LLC and we will repair it and return it to our customer(s). If the box is not repairable, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- 123Vita, LLC is the judge of whether the box is repairable or not. Some cosmetic flaws me result as a consequence of the repair, of which we are not responsible. The buyer has to pay the shipping cost of the sound enclosure return for warranty servicing. 123Vita, LLC will pay the return of the repaired sound enclosure box (or the replacement) to the buyer.
- Additional 1 year Residential Warranty may be purchased at $ 19.95 at the time of the initial purchase.Purchase HOW?
- The material panels are not warranted against breakage, scratches, scuffs, cracks. They do not break with normal use, unless the materials and/or the box has been dropped and/or abused or damaged otherwise through transportation, direct or indirect misuse, ...by the owner / user, or others. We will replace a non-assembled/ non-adhered component if found cracked or blemished. If a box-weld or seem does not hold up during the first 6 months after purchase due to dropping the sound enclosure and/or any other kind of abuse, the warranty will be voided by 123Vita, LLC. 123Vita, LLC reserves the right to refuse warranty service if such abuse is determined by 123Vita, LLC. 123Vita, LLC reserves the right to determine abuse versus justified damage warranty claims at its own discretion and is not required to justify its decision to its dealers, customers, users, buyers, etc...
- It can be reasonably assumed, if the seems hold up for the first 6 months of use immediately after purchase of the sound enclosure that they will hold up longer. Due to unknown use, wear and tear, moving the box around from and to blender, and the use of the blender inside the sound enclosure, and the opening frequency of the top lid and the front door, we cannot give a warranty over 6 months.
- The warranty of 6 months is for residential use only, which is reasonably expected to consist between 0 to 5 uses per day average. One use is each door motion from open to close and moving the container in/out.
- Commercial USE WILL REDUCE THE WARRANTY TO A 2 MONTH Limited WARRANTY. Commercial use is the use of the sound enclosure in a restaurant, a laboratory, commercial kitchen, bar, ice cream local, smoothie drink local...
Noise Reduction Guarantee
We guarantee our customers that the noise level of the named high performance blenders, if used properly all within its designed purposes, will be reduced through the use of the blender sound enclosure box by 25% to 40%, "if used appropriately and correctly". We cannot give an exact sound reduction guarantee since the noise levels are subject to blenders, strength, horsepower, electric power supply, what kind of blender is used,, what kind of blender is used with a variety of different ingredients, the blender condition, blender age, the motor power, the motor RPM, the motor condition, any sub-equipment / cooling fan etc..., what kind of blade is used, the condition of the blade(s), the gear(s), the attachment / connection from the blender gears to the container, the ingredients used (e.g. ice cubes versus grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, berries,...) and other known or unknown conditions.
Warranty Limitation
Ventilation and Overheating of the Blender Motor: The Sound Enclosure is allowing for proper and sufficient ventilation to and from the motor of the blender(s) on the bottom of the right and left side panels. We do not guarantee and/or assume liability over the blender(s) condition(s), longevity, the blender(s) warranty itself issued by the manufacturer, and/or time-out over-heating stops (automatic shutoff) when using the sound enclosure., either assembled by 123Vita, LLC for a consumer directly purchased and/or any third party who has received the blender sound enclosure box indirectly, or by assembling it yourself with the 123Vita, LLC supplied blender sound enclosure box parts kit, or the use of the plans.
Blenders may over-heat occasionally for different reasons. Some, all, or many may therefore be equipped from its factory respectable with the appropriate fuse-switches to prevent overheating related damage to the motor/equipment. If you, the buyer, dealer, distributor, user, consumer, and/or any third-party-using person, has concerns with the 3/8" Air-Gap Ventilation Area below the right and left side panels of the sound enclosure, don't buy this blender sound enclosure box from 123Vita, LLC and/or any of its dealers. Please understand, by buying the sound enclosure assembled, from 123Vita, LLC and/or buying the parts kits for own assembly, or copying and/or using our plans to build your own with your own cut materials, you hereby agree to release 123Vita, LLC from any liability / liabilities arising from the use of the sound enclosure, and /or from any liabilities, injuries, accidents, cutting, dismemberment, damage to lungs, eyes, hands, fingers, ears, nose, etc..., and from any liabilities and/or damages to your equipment, blending quality, blender longevity, factory warranty claims, etc..., and also to the sound enclosure box itself by incorrectly assembling it and yielding the material(s) useless and/or its cosmetic appearance not appealing, that may or may not arise during the assembly and/or use of the blender sound enclosure box.

Injuries through Use
Injuries through use of assembled sound enclosure box(es) and or the and/or during the self-assembly by consumer either with the 123Vita, LLC provided parts kit or according to the use of the provided plans could be caused if not properly cared for, or used. In addition, some corners and edges of the material may or may not be sharp enough to cut minor or serious cuts, and subsequently exposure to contamination of blood. By using the plans and/or designs, or when assembling yourself the 123Vita LLC provided parts kits materials, or using the fully assembled blender sound enclosure box, the buyer, consumer, first, second, or third parties thereof, self-assembler, distributor, dealer, vendor, customer, etc... (anybody who uses, assembles,...) hold 123Vita, LLC harmless from any claims due to injuries, accidents, liabilities, damages, direct or indirectly occurred, and therefore for ever waives his/her rights of any claims to be made against 123Vita, LLC.
Material Warranty
The Warranty does not cover the material itself against damage, breakage, or blemishes occurred during installation / assembly, other than damages and breakage through transportation, which is covered by the transportation company, who provides insurance options normally included in all shipments made from 123Vita, LLC. If a material is found defective once unpacked and inspected, such as fogged, or blemished, or cracked, not visible while covered with the protective paper, 123Vita, LLC will replace the un-assembled material. By assembling a blemished or faulty material, one with another or to another, the buyer, consumer, user, etc... waives his/her rights to the Material - Defective Replacement Guarantee.

Any purchase made is to be made in the currency of USD (United States Dollars). If the item is shipped interstate, no sales tax are charged. The cost of shipping is based on current shipping rates and the weight of the package. We reserve the right to increase pricing before shipping, by notifying the buyer and giving him/her the option to accept the increase of price due to shipping. This could occur especially on international shipping, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or Puerto Rico.
International Shipping / Sales
123Vita, LLC does not offer export and/or import services, filling out custom papers, paying and/or even including duty taxes, import taxes, foreign (local) sales taxes and/or any kind of process or fees required by a foreign country or government. This means that the buyer is responsible to import and/or pay any additional fees. We do not know what these fees are. Ownership of the product

Returns of Merchandise

Refunds

If it is the fault of 123Vita, LLC that a merchandise is returned to us because we were unable to fulfill our part of the purchase agreement (faulty product, etc...), we will return 100 % of the purchase amount. Returns have to be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise!
